Privacy policy
The essentials, in plain words
We collect as little data as possible. This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. The only personal data that reaches us is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email: your name, your email address and whatever you tell us about your case.
What we process and why
- Contact data (name and email): solely to reply to your message and follow up on the conversation you started.
- The content of your message: to understand your case and prepare an answer.
- Product waiting list (if you leave your email): solely to notify you of the launch you asked about. Nothing else.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. The providers named below process it solely to deliver the service. We do not send unsolicited advertising.
Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying individuals. That is why this site needs no cookie-consent banner.
Form protection
To prevent automated abuse of the contact form we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical signals from your browser and device to tell a person from a program. It is used for that security purpose only: it serves no advertising, builds no profile of you, and is not used to track you across the site.
Our products
Our desktop products (such as Venteris Vitals) run locally: diagnostic data is processed and stored on your own machine and does not travel to our servers or anyone else's. They include no telemetry. If a future feature requires a connection (for example, license validation), it will be explicitly declared in the product and limited to that purpose.
Providers and infrastructure
To run the site we use two providers that may process data outside Colombia. These are they, and they are all of them:
- Cloudflare (United States): site hosting, form protection and delivery of the email you send us.
- Microsoft (United States): the mailbox where we receive and keep your message.
These providers process the data solely to deliver the service and under equivalent security standards.
How long we keep your data
We keep contact messages for as long as the conversation lasts and for up to two (2) years after the last contact; once that period is over they are deleted. If you left your email on a waiting list, we keep it until the product launches or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. You can request deletion before those periods by writing to [email protected].
Adults only
This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Your rights (Law 1581 of 2012)
As a data subject you may: access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization you gave; be informed of how we use your data; file complaints with Colombia's Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC); and revoke your authorization and request deletion of your data where no legal duty to retain it exists.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We answer queries within ten (10) business days and complaints within fifteen (15) business days, as required by law.

Effective date
This policy takes effect on August 16, 2026 and replaces any earlier version; the previous one was in force from August 6, 2026. This version changed the email address for exercising your rights. If we change it again, we will publish the new version on this same page, with its date.
